Just finished up 4 consecutive weekends. Not the first time, and won't be the last. First class all the way. Including the pricing.:) Rain every weekend...but that is not the campgrounds' fault. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had friends in another part of the campground, in a "rental" park model, but they had no cable TV. Wiring not even there! That's surprising. These units cost a lot more (to rent) than an RV site. Go figure.

Been camping here every October for years (15?) "Off-season", reserve 2 or more consec. weekends, leave RV on site all week, no charge. Large, flat, excellent sites (upper level, at least). Kind of on the expensive side, but lots to do, especailly during the Halloween time. Kids (grandkids) have great times. Fall foliage, farmers' markets and flea markets. Staff friendly, good store but I wonder if (due to suburbia marching up nearby hills) they might be pricing themselves out of business. For instance, 50 bucks a nite....65 during "holiday" weekends, and 4 grand + electric for "seasonal". Hope not. We like it.

NASCAR race weekend...prices are always increased. We've been at this KOA every year since the mid 1980s and watched it grow. Growing maybe too much, in my opinion, but... Clean, neat, well run, no complaints. Owners are responsive and very friendly. First class all around.

I rated this campground a 7 because they don't have cable TV and they surely don't have enough sewer sites. The honey wagon does a thriving business. OK. Typical "Pine Barrens" campground, lots of sand. But: clean and well run. Atlantic City is about 1/2 hour away, but is only min's from Long Beach Island, and other "Jersey Shore" beaches. Great place for the kids and/or grandkids. ATVs' welcome, with certain restrictions. Will return. Nice place.

"Nightly rate" based on "monthly". Not the newest place on the block, but totally acceptable. 2nd "snowbird" visit. Neat, clean, well run, LOTS of activities. Staff is very friendly, any complaints are taken care of almost immediately. Wonderful people, too. Made us feel quite at home. Convenient location to Mesa and Phoenix, hope to winter here again, if I'm lucky.
